Registration deadline Friday August 21, 26. Registration forms can be submitted via email, fax, US mail or dropped off. A registration form must be completed each year and must be accompanied by tuition. The $100 processing fee is non-refundable unless RICTA cancels the course, in which case full refund will be mailed.
